This Privacy Policy explains how CovenantScope handles information when you use the CovenantScope website and its debt, covenant, credit analysis and related modelling tools.

CovenantScope has been designed to minimise the collection and processing of personal and financial information.

CovenantScope’s calculation and modelling tools are designed to operate locally within your web browser.

Financial figures, covenant thresholds, assumptions, adjustments and other modelling information that you enter into the calculators are not intentionally transmitted to THINKERZ LTD for processing or storage.

CovenantScope does not maintain a user account or server-side database containing your calculator inputs.

Unless a particular feature expressly states otherwise:

• calculator inputs remain within your browser session;
• calculator inputs are not stored in CovenantScope’s database;
• calculator inputs are not included in URLs;
• calculator inputs are not included in analytics events; and
• CovenantScope does not use calculator inputs for advertising, profiling or marketing.

Refreshing or closing your browser may clear information entered into the tools.

You should avoid entering information that you are not authorised to use or disclose.

Like most websites, CovenantScope’s hosting, security and infrastructure providers may automatically process limited technical information when you visit the website.

This may include:

• operating system;
• pages requested;
• date and time of access;
• referring page or source;
• error and diagnostic information; and
• security or server logs.

This information is separate from the financial figures entered into CovenantScope’s calculators.

If you contact CovenantScope through a contact form or by email, THINKERZ LTD may receive information including:

Please do not send confidential financial information, personal financial records, credit agreements or sensitive personal data through a general contact form unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure process.

CovenantScope does not currently use Google AdSense.

CovenantScope is designed so that financial figures entered into the calculators are not included in analytics or advertising events.

THINKERZ LTD does not intentionally use financial model inputs to:

• identify you;
• profile you;
• determine your creditworthiness;
• make automated lending decisions;
• provide credit scoring;
• create marketing audiences; or
• sell information about you.

CovenantScope may rely on third-party providers for services such as:

• website hosting;
• domain registration;
• email;
• website security;
• content delivery;
• infrastructure; and
• contact-form processing.

These providers may process limited personal or technical information as necessary to provide their services.

CovenantScope does not currently connect its calculators to credit bureaus, open banking providers, lenders, financial institutions or live credit-decision systems.

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom.

Where UK data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, appropriate mechanisms should be used by the relevant service provider, such as an adequacy regulation or approved contractual safeguards.

CovenantScope does not intentionally retain financial information entered into browser-based calculators.
